This Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use of your Personal Information you voluntarily submit to us through the attendance of our seminars and/or training sessions. It is our intention that this Privacy Policy will protect your Personal Information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws in Australia.

By using attending our seminar and/or training sessions you consent and agree to Safety Enterprises Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy at all times complies with the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“the Privacy Act”).

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time.

  1. To provide your Personal Information to the Registered Training Organisation governing board;
  2. For marketing purposes;
  3. To improve the services and quality of Safety Enterprises seminars and/or training sessions;
  4. To provide your Personal Information to other persons (e.g. the operator of this venue) for a benefit in accordance with the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles;
  5. To improve and customise the services offered to you through our seminars and/or training sessions;
  6. To offer other services to you.

The types of Personal Information that we may collect from you relates to your personal data and personal preferences.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Personal Information that you submit to Safety Enterprises will be used only for the Primary Purposes (or any related purposes) and other purposes for which you have consented to. We may expressly communicate the Primary Purposes to you through this Privacy Policy or they may be implied from the nature of your dealings.
